Say ‘Cheers’ to a Holiday Berry Martini

Looking for something refreshing to serve the guests at your holiday party? Try this yummy Holiday Berry Martini. An added benefit? Cherries help promote restful sleep - which is something your guests will definitely need after whooping it up at your amazing party!

Holiday Berry Martini

  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add 2/3 cup vodka
  3. Add 1/3 cup tart cherry juice
  4. Add 1/3 cup simple syrup (recipe below)
  5. Shake well to mix. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with red currents, stemmed cherries or sprigs of fresh mint.

Mmmmm! Enjoy!

Simple Syrup (makes 1 1/4 cups)

  1. Bring 1 cup each of sugar and water to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  2. Reduce heat, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and cool.Tags: ,
