April 2 is National Peanut Butter and Jelly Day. It shocks me that there are dozens of videos on YouTube about how to make this sandwich. I’d think that even people that have trouble boiling an egg should be able to handle a PBJ. However, this one amused me, both because of his serious tone and for the happy ending.
