    OKAY people. . .
Your are amazing, strong, smart, have a sense of humor. Lets face it. Valentines day is a hallmark holiday.
    Walk your own good road.
This year, last year . . .maybe you have the great relationship or marriage, congratulations. Or maybe today is time for your own becoming.
Get out there, walk on the beach..be glad you are alive and AWAKE. Enjoy the things you have to share.
Buy a great package of kid valentine cards and leave them in mailboxes along your walk. These people may never have enjoyed a valentine card. Espacially the seniors in your life.
Buy someone a cup of coffee, or lunch. The more you give the more you feel the joy.

    Have a beautiful day.
    I will.
    Im 69 and feeling great,
I plane to do the 40 mile walk for cancer in July!
    WhooooHooo
Life is what you make it.
Happy Valentines day. . its not just one-day,
    love is everyday.

    Enjoy!
    Lynn
